Understanding the Ranking and Responses Report

Localyser's Ranking and Responses Report provides key metrics such as average ratings, review volumes, response rates, and response times to help you evaluate and manage the performance of your locations effectively

Ranking and Responses Report

The report displays the following information for each location:

  • Location Name and ID: The report lists the names and unique identifiers (IDs) of your locations.
  • Ratings and Reviews: The report presents the ratings and review statistics for each location, including positive, negative, and neutral reviews, as well as the total number of reviews received.
  • Response Rate: The report calculates the response rate for each location, indicating the percentage of reviews that have received a response from your team. A higher response rate indicates active engagement with customer feedback.
  • Response Metrics: The report provides separate metrics for positive, negative, and neutral review responses, as well as the total number of responses for each location.
  • Response Time: The report includes the average response time, measured in days, for each location. This metric represents the average time taken by your team to respond to customer reviews.

You can filter these by choosing a date range , a specific brand, a specific location or the source of the reviews.

You can also export this report as an excel sheet for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders.

To export the report, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the "Export"  button next to the filters
  2. Click on the button, select Excel to initiate the export process.
  3. The generated Excel sheet containing the report data will be added to your Download folder.
