- Location-Specific Data: The Ratings and Reviews Report presents overall data for each location, capturing the cumulative average rating and volume of reviews since the listing's inception. This allows you to track the performance of individual locations over time, identifying trends and patterns in customer feedback.
- Source Customization: Each column within the report represents the current average rating and volume of reviews for a specific source. By clicking on a source, you can switch to another source that is not currently displayed, allowing you to view and compare data from different review sources. This feature provides a comprehensive view of customer feedback from various platforms.
