Before we dive into the Jazz, let’s get a couple of fundamentals clear, so that we’re all on the same page. What is Online Reputation Management (ORM)?

In simple words, ORM means running the online conversation and owning it; its techniques and strategies to ensure that people find the right message you want delivered when they look for your brand online.
